Designed by Ashley Von Helsing, this space features 2 distinct areas. The main parlor, which is 400 sq ft of deep red velvet, a fireplace, and pump organ. Turn the corner and you enter the reading room, which features deep emerald green walls, various oddities, and a cozy card table dimly lit by early 19th century lighting. This is a fully functioning home, once a modern apartment unit, and fully available to book for creative needs.
